Enjoyed the spa today for a couples massage and it was restful, rejuvenating and a lovely experience over all. The two ladies providing the massage were really lovely. The room was pleasant and just the perfect temperature.
We hosted a group of 7 entrepreneurial women from across Canada for a wellness + business retreat weekend. The Cove was our venue of choice, and delivered! Having accommadations, on-site spa, on-site food, and proximity to vineyard excursions nearby was a dream. We were tucked away in a bit of nature, while still having good proximity to the airport and shopping if needed. Delivery was available through UberEats/Instacart, which made for much less running around for us when we flew in tired. Things with staff were smooth and friendly, despite a couple minor miscommunications that were remedied swiftly as to not effect the experience of our attendees, which was greatly appreciated. We left with 7 happy ladies, raving about their lakeview rooms, spa treatments, and ability to recharge. I'd like to thank the hotel, and Jashan (at the Front desk) in particular. My wife was attending a half-day workshop at the hotel, and Jashan was very kind in helping me set up and be able to do my own work. He made me feel quite welcome, even though all I was doing was doing my own work and waiting for my wife. I appreciate the hospitality. Wonderful hotel; wonderful people.

We had issues at the front desk. Booked room months ago. Please rember to have an active credit card availible for the additional 500 damage deposit . We had to return & go hone ..very disappointing. Not a good experience at all. I left crying . We had cash but we were refused entry and had to leave. It was a special Birthday get away. Bad bad bad experience
Such an incredible resort! The rooms were clean and well maintained and staff were welcoming and super friendly! Our kid never wanted to leave the pool because of the waterslide, and we also spent a lot of time at the private beach. You can rent items for the lake just steps from the resort. Honestly just a great spot for a family getaway!
